What the key achievements or results ofyour project were?

We were able to serve the community andespecially the elderly members seeking food relief.  We also catered forcertain food items such as pre-cooked rice and meals. 

What broader impact your project had orcontinues to have?

We formed very strong partnerships withChinese Australian support agency who helped us address the seniors issues suchas language barrier, disability and social stigma. The seniors were alsoable to access our pantry to receive hygiene products and personal careitems. 

How did you spend the grant money?

The funding helped us secure culturallyappropriate food items, personnel and hygiene products. We were able tocater for 350-400 seniors a month before but after the e funding we doubled ourimpact.
