Flexibility
We know flexibility is important. We also understand that everyone has different availability and preferences in when they can work so we find out when you are available to work, and match you with a suitable shifts that fit your timetable and skill-set.
Training and Development
We offer ongoing training and development to our team, so you can continue growing in your career. This includes career transition training for those new to the disability and aged care sectors, formal in-house classroom training, and mentoring support from our specialist support team.
Extra work hours each week
If you want to work more hours than your current employer can currently offer – we can support you by rostering you to work extra hours with us, when you are available each week.
Salary packaging benefits
The Co-Group is able to offer its employees access to salary packaging because we are a charity. This enables our team members to increase the amount of money they receive in their bank account each pay because it allows them to pay for everyday expenses (e.g. rent, mortgage, bills, school fees etc.) using pre-tax income. As a charity, The Co-Group is proud to be able to work with and donate surplus funds to innovative and caring Australian charities working at the front line to relieve poverty and enhance the lives of older Australians and people with disability who are in need.
